There are glorious views from Time & Tide of Newlyn harbour and out across Mount’s Bay to St Michael’s Mount, the ever changing vista is mesmerising at any time of year. Newlyn lies on the shores of Mount’s Bay and has many local shops, restaurants, a new picture house and of course galleries.
Set over three floors the first spacious sitting room on the ground floor boasts a 54″ TV with a Sky family package and BT Sport. There is separate dining room which leads onto a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washer dryer can be found in the separate utility room and there is a ground floor cloakroom.
The first floor bedrooms are a twin and a double, the fourth bedroom is set up as a second sitting room with TV and stunning views out across the bay, this room has a double sofa bed. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. On the second floor, the bedroom suite has a king size bed and en suite shower room, there are also fabulous sea views from this room.
Outside Time & Tide has a rear enclosed patio garden and well behaved dogs are welcome.
