All the amenities of this charming seaside village are right on your doorstep and you will find traditional inns, local shops and cafes.
The open plan ultra-modern kitchen and living area has been thoughtfully designed and has the asset of an integrated sound system and log burner for those cosy evenings no matter what time of the year. The living area opens out via tri fold doors onto one of the fabulous balconies, great for holiday living and the perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy relaxing afternoons or breath taking sunsets across the beach.
The master en suite bedroom benefits from yet another balcony with views out to sea and there are two further bedrooms, one en suite. There is a well-appointed family bathroom, and a ground floor cloakroom. Ideal for families and friends, this fantastic holiday home will cater for everyone.
Lucy’s Beach House has the advantage of a second sitting room/bedroom on the top floor, again with a private balcony and en suite shower room. For additional guests there is a double sofa bed, or for daytime dreaming just enjoy the beautiful, peaceful, living space with its cathedral style ceiling.
There is private parking in the integral garage which is accessed from the secure, gated driveway. The utility area, good for wetsuit storage leads on to private enclosed outside space with a shower……So you have everything you need here for the perfect holiday in Cornwall.
This striking holiday home can be booked along with Ben’s Beach House to accommodate those larger parties of anything up to 16 guests
