Hazel has been holidaying in Cornwall for over 25 years....with her husband and six children. She understands what holidaymakers want and through her own experience knows what Holiday Rental owners should get in terms of value and service.

She has over 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Media and is using that experience to drive Tourism into Cornwall throughout summer and winter through various projects that will appeal to any Group, Family, and couple or individual that is looking for a superior break.

Pure Cornwall is the flagship of a group of companies that will strive for excellence in Tourism in Cornwall, incorporating sales of properties that will bring additional income along with the chance to own a home in Cornwall. The vision would not be complete without an in house Property Management company that will offer everything from round the clock property maintenance to a number of unique and personal touches for the Cornish visitor.

James has over 20 years experience in Estate Agency with Waterfront and Countryside properties, both with corporate and private clients, along with sales of some of the most salubrious properties in the county of Cornwall, his expertise in property sales is second to none. That consolidated with James’s extensive travel all over the world gives him firsthand knowledge of Tourism and property requirements in Cornwall.

Pure Cornwall benefits from his intimate knowledge of every part of the county and his determination to let people know about the secret treasures that Cornwall has to offer.

Deborah Halliday Operations Director Pure Cornwall

Deborah knows everything there is to know about Property Management and customer care and service. For over 15 years she co owned a renovation company after moving down to Cornwall in 1994 with her husband and family, whilst setting up and running a business open to trade and private individuals.

Deborah knows how high the level of customer care needs to be to generate repeat business, key to Pure Cornwall’s objectives. Along with a ‘Can do attitude and interminable work ethic’ Deborah heads up Property Management, by finding and vetting the very best trades people, housekeepers and services throughout the county that will let the homeowner and holiday maker have peace of mind whether they own or holiday in any of our properties.

“Standards are everything as far as I am concerned and working within Pure Cornwall has allowed me to set a high level of service that I know we can meet and in turn provide 100% support whether you want to come on holiday or own a house here in Cornwall. I am having fun organising lots of  our special experience weeks and love the day to day challenge of meeting the additional customer requirements whether that is a home shopping delivery to getting the logs ordered for the fire, although we have had some strange requests we can pretty much try to deliver what people want..That’s the aim anyway”
