Thanks to our effective marketing campaigns, we have increased our bookings year on year and 2011 was a record breaking year with holiday bookings quadrupling from 2010.
Our trained staff can advise, evaluate, solve, question, create and develop providing a single source for everything you need to manage your holiday home. We want to obtain the maximum level of bookings as smoothly and efficiently as possible and for bookings we charge a flat rate of 15% + VAT with no sign up fee or hidden extras.
We will aim to get you the maximum occupancy over the next 12 months through hard driving combined marketing, sales and media expertise and innovative ideas.
We are immediately focused on attracting visitors in the ‘out of season’ as well as the summer months, combining all our skills to make sure that we are reaching out to the huge tourist population and the corporate world to increase the number of bookings for our clients.
2012 will see us focus on our search engine optimisation and our strong connections with large corporations (we are now a BBC preferred supplier) and already have a growing corporate customer base, Pure Cornwall was involved in 10 film productions in 2011 and now have regular corporate stays from large organisations such as Sainsburys.
