Close to the Camel Estuary and Padstow with it's Rick Stein restaurants and four excellent golf courses within a radius of 10 miles, the Camel Trail and of course the world renowned Eden Project.Daymer Bay itself is a beautiful crescent shaped bay of golden sand lapped by a crystal clear sea located just inside the mouth of the Camel Estuary between Rock and Polzeath in North Cornwall.  St Enodoc Church lays just behind the sand dunes that flank Daymer as do the St Enodoc golf links. Due to Daymer Bay's location it is blessed with a micro climate that alludes to more foreign climes. With breathtaking scenery and so many activities available right on the doorstep it is easy to see why Daymer Bay is the perfect location to spend your holiday in Cornwall. Daymer itself is a very tranquil beach with superb bathing conditions for all ages. The boating Mecca of Rock is just a five minute walk from Daymer as is the surfing paradise of Polzeath.
Padstow is only a ferry ride away and perhaps the best regarded fishing village on the North Coast and is still a working port. The pretty cobbled streets and fisherman’s cottages provide a classic Cornish backdrop to the busy stone harbour, home to the local fishing and day boats many of which can be hired or chartered during the summer months for fishing or scenic trips.
