It is approximately 7 miles to Polzeath beach and the pretty harbour village of Padstow and only 25mins from Newquay airport. Guests can enjoy the wonderful woodland walks and cycling on the Camel Trail which is only half a mile away at Grogley bridge. Also only a few miles away is the award winning Camel Valley vineyard.

The house is designed as reverse living with the main sitting room and kitchen area on the upper floor which has the main access and takes in the stunning far reaching country views.
