This perfectly placed luxury Cornish cottage is charming and delightful and perfect for a family summer break or a couples retreat.

With a New England feel externally the property inside is well equipped and the ideal pad to chill out and relax in, after a day at the beach. The small but well fitted kitchen is open plan with dining incorporated so no one will feel excluded when dinner is being prepared. The kitchen is designer with everything you need and would expect to have in your own home!

There is a Flat screen TV in the lounge and an additional one in the downstairs bedroom if you feel like staying under the covers all day. The family bathroom has a bath and shower but if you got a chill in the Cornish sea then walk straight into the fabulous wet room on the ground floor to warm up.

The French doors lead to the small and private flower filled patio, just feel the warmth of the sun beating down as you enjoy an early morning cappuccino, the view can also be enjoyed from the upstairs Juliette balcony.

The loft has everything you need from washing machine to free broadband and two minutes away is the world renowned St Ives train journey taking you along the stunning coast to St Ives where you can shop, dine or relax on the magnificent choice of beaches.Also this home is located just yards from the famous author Rosamunde Pilcher OBE.
